CUSTOM ORDER FORM
Hello, and thank you so much for choosing to order from us! Please allow 48 hours for a response to custom orders. All orders must be placed at least five days in advance. If you need your order in less than the required time, there will be an expedition fee of $25. Please refer to our “Menu & Pricing” tab for flavors and pricing. All orders must be picked up at our brick and mortar location at 5788 Stage Rd Set 1 Bartlett, Tennessee unless delivery arrangements have been made. Once your invoice is paid in full, your order will be confirmed.
